EXPLORE A CLASSIC!

Now that the weather is colder, there’s a tendency to want to bundle up and stay indoors. But there’s still so much to do in Austin and the Hill Country! We think the cold temperatures make it the perfect time to explore. So grab your jacket and scarf!
Georgetown is a town just north of Austin that offers a beautiful, walkable downtown with lots of activity and friendly residents. Georgetown is only a quick trip down the road from Austin RV Park North. The Georgetown Square is the hub of activity. You’ll find all kinds of shops and restaurants to keep you busy. Check the event calendar here and the upcoming festivals and events page here to see what’s going on when you plan to visit. It’s the perfect place to spend the day.
If you love vehicles, you won’t want to miss Pistons on the Square. This event is a gathering of antique, classic, muscle, and late-model cars and motorcycles. It happens on the third Saturday of every month from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. It takes place right in the heart of town on Georgetown Square and is free to attend. Each month is a little different, but you’re sure to find a favorite vehicle to swoon over! For more information, you can check out the event page on Facebook .
